What a pleasant stay near the bridge! the room with 2 double beds was cozy, and the great shower was a highlight. Would DEFINITELY return. Photos don't do justice.

The staff were super friendly and helpful; they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. the shower was fantastic, and there was excellent coffee available in the lobby all day long. the hotel's location in Chinatown-Little Italy was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. Overall, my stay here was exceptional, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The only downside during my stay was the noise from the air conditioner in the inner courtyard, which made it impossible to open the windows. It would be great if the hotel could address this issue to improve the overall guest experience.

Found a cozy spot with quirky decor -- a glass-topped table over a wood stump? Hilarious. Great views from the balcony in my room—I could almost touch the skyscrapers. The subway map sculpture in the lobby was a cute touch. Convenient location near subway stops. Loved the rain shower in the bathroom. Family-friendly place, with the kids loving the primary colors everywhere. Staff were helpful and the rooftop terrace was a nice chill spot. a quirky and functional stay.

the hotel is in a great location, and the rooftop is a fab spot to take in the city views. it's also close to lots of great restaurants in little italy. the staff were really friendly, and they upgraded our room when they found out it was my husband's birthday. plus, they provide umbrellas when it rains - which is super handy.

We found a hotel in a great area, close to transportation options and lots of restaurants right next door. The Grand Street subway stop was only a few minutes walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The room and bathroom were clean and well equipped, with views of the city skyline from the balcony. the free coffee/tea and pastries in the morning were a nice touch. Neg: Unfortunately, we experienced some maintenance issues during our stay that detracted from the overall experience.
